Shipping Coordinator
ABOUT US:
Would you like to work with some of the fastest growing beverage brands in the industry? The Wis-Pak Brands consist of on-trend, better for you, beverages like BUBBL’R Antioxidant Sparkling Water, Klarbrunn Sparkling, and Vita Ice! We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator that must be focused on packing, scheduling, and getting shipments delivered in a timely manner.
ABOUT YOU:
If you are a goal oriented, self-motivated person who likes to start and finish projects while making improvements along the way, we have the job for you! You love hands on work with some light computer work mixed in.
YOU GET TO:
- Work with the marketing team on new product launches and influencer campaigns
- Interact with various departments
- Manage inventory levels
- Execute prompt fulfillment of all influencer & retailer packages
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Excellent understanding and use of Windows 10 and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to lift 60 pounds
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to reach and maintain package per hour requirement
