Medical Assistant, Signature Medical Spa

The Role

• Clinical assisting for Nurses, Aestheticians, Technicians, and/or Dermatologists
• Provide warm, friendly, discreet, and efficient service to clients and staff
• Prepare equipment including lasers, goggles, devices, tables, and clean-up
• Clinical photography using iPads
• Review and secure clients’ informed consent for treatments
• Medical chart documentation/scribing
• Review clients’ post-procedural education
• Follow-up phone calls or emails as directed by the Provider  
• Restock treatment rooms, retail shelves, brochures
• Provide knowledge about our skin care products and medical spa services
• Four to five days per week, 32-40 hours, including an 8:45 AM – 1:15 PM Saturday shift beginning in December 2025.

• Professional attire and appearance (scrubs)
• Minimum two years of professional career experience
• Some college is preferred

Qualifications:

• Education level.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience
  • At least one year of experience working in a position requiring direct relations with people and customer service
• Specific skills
  • Ability to draw blood within 3 months of hire date
  • Ability to remove sutures within 2 months of hire date
  • Ability to assist with surgeries/witness blood and tissue without feeling faint or having to excuse yourself
  • High level of accuracy and organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, upbeat medical setting
  • Proficient in using technology (e.g., accessing patient information
