Medical Assistant, Signature Medical Spa
The Role
- Clinical assisting for Nurses, Aestheticians, Technicians, and/or Dermatologists
- Provide warm, friendly, discreet, and efficient service to clients and staff
- Prepare equipment including lasers, goggles, devices, tables, and clean-up
- Clinical photography using iPads
- Review and secure clients’ informed consent for treatments
- Medical chart documentation/scribing
- Review clients’ post-procedural education
- Follow-up phone calls or emails as directed by the Provider
- Restock treatment rooms, retail shelves, brochures
- Provide knowledge about our skin care products and medical spa services
- Four to five days per week, 32-40 hours, including an 8:45 AM – 1:15 PM Saturday shift beginning in December 2025.

- Interest in dermatology and/or the beauty/wellness fields
- Professional attire and appearance (scrubs)
- Minimum two years of professional career experience
- Some college is preferred

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Education level.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Experience
- At least one year of experience working in a position requiring direct relations with people and customer service
- Specific skills
- Ability to draw blood within 3 months of hire date
- Ability to remove sutures within 2 months of hire date
- Ability to assist with surgeries/witness blood and tissue without feeling faint or having to excuse yourself
- High level of accuracy and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, upbeat medical setting
- Proficient in using technology (e.g., accessing patient information
