Job Summary

The Sr Director Integration Management is responsible for HCSC's integration capabilities by implementing an Integration Management Office to develop integration standards and execute effectively on agreements. Responsible for maturing the Operational Oversight & Integration Model for exceptional efficiency and service. Responsible for developing patterns and standards for large investments and acquisitions, standardizing point solutions, and execution of implementation and operationalization. Execution of all HCSC integration planning and delivery. This leader will play an instrumental role leading the due diligence, integration planning and execution phases of strategic acquisitions. As the leader, you will plan integration strategies, realize and accelerate deal value, execute the integration experience and manage priorities across internal cross-functional teams. Drive actions accross internal cross-functional leads on time/mission critical issues spanning product, technology, legal, finance, HR, facilities and other stakeholders.

•Responsible for developing and mantaining the HCSC integration standards and framework.•Maturing the Operational Oversight & Integration Model for exceptional efficiency and service.•Responsible for defining the Integration Office development of patterns and standards for large investments and acquisitions, point solution standardization, implementation & operationalization.•In charge of successfully executiing current and future integration planning and delivery.•Responsible for the execution of the projects, impact on the program, cost monitoring, schedule, quality and technical performance of component projects and operations.•Partner with stakeholders to ensure integrity, coherence and success of the program.•Responsible for negotiating contracts with consultants and vendors, setting strategic outcomes and accountability, holding accountable to terms of agreement and and ensurng adherance to SLA's.•Will partner closely with Corporate Development as well as internal and external stakeholders to drive end-to-end integration planning and execution•In charge of leading the integration team that will be focused on integration planning and execution•Lead the strategic integration planning, due diligence, and execution phases of M&A transactions to ensure alignment with deal rationale and achievement of long-term business objectives.• Proactively identify solve complex, cross-functional and unique operational issues.•Lead diligence efforts and integration priorities internally and effectively collaborate with the management team of target companies•Continually refine best practices and drive continuous improvement for integration consistent with HCSC culture•Stay abreast of HCSC's business priorities and embody our culture and values to support and advise target companies during integration•Act as an adviser to executive leadership, business partners and stakeholders

Required Job Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Change Management or related field.• 12+ years' experience planning and leading strategic programs/ initiatives• 5+ years experience in a leadership role.• 5+ years’ experience in pre/post integration activities related to PMO and/or M&A, consulting experience or equivalent experience running strategic initiatives• Deep healthcare industry knowledge a must and basic understand of business operations, financial management principles, and risk management practices.• Strong leaderships skills to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.• Strong problem-solving skills to drive decisions and ensure the success of the program.• Prior experience driving organizational change and adoption of new process or technologies.• Highly detail-oriented,• Quick to adapt, build rapport and earn credibility and trust interfacing with founders/executives of target companies and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.• Must be highly organized, productive, and poised, especially under high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment managing multiple project and/or workstreams.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• MBA preferred• 10+ years of experience in PMO, M&A or integration projects.• 5+ years experience in project management methodologies, tools, techniques.• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.• Agile certification preferred• Experience in Change management preferred.• Experienc
