Data Visualization Engineer - Sr.

As a Data Visualization Engineer, you will design and develop visually engaging representations of complex data sets for our Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS) business unit. Leveraging expertise in programming languages, statistical analysis, and graphic design, you will transform raw information into insightful, easy-to-understand visualizations.

This position will work a hybrid schedule in the office 3 days per week, out of our Lackland office in St. Louis.

What you'll do:

• Work directly with Stakeholders to design, document, test, and support the construction of Data Visual solutions that tell the desired insights story

• Follow existing strategies, standards and best practices in the areas of data visualization, data access and data integration within Corporate, DevOps and other  data sources

• Create beautiful and informative presentation-ready visualizations and analyses for stakeholders using standards and best practices in the areas of data visualization, data access and data integration within Corporate, DevOps and other  data sources

• Build wireframes and mock-ups of dashboards and reports as needed to communicate visualization/functionality

• Use agile data wrangling methodologies for extraction and transformation of data using SQL, SAS, R, and/or Python to derive data marts to drive dashboards and visualizations.

• Contribute to continuous improvement activities

What experience you need:

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statics, or related field of study

• 2+ years of relevant experience using Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, Looker or similar

• 1 years of working experience with Databases

What could set you apart:

• Google Cloud Certification, or other Cloud Certification

• Working Experience of BigQuery and other Google Databases •

• Data Ingestion using APIs and DataFlow
