  • Transformation & Modernization: Support and drive technology and platform modernization aligned with our Cloud First strategy. Lead process optimization and value stream assessments to unlock efficiency and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across business units, IT leadership, and external partners. Be the trusted advisor who connects strategy to execution.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven Leadership: 7+ years in application development with 3+ years in a leadership role with direct reports managing large-scale delivery teams.
  • Program Mastery: 10+ years of project/program management experience with a track record of delivering complex initiatives in financial or insurance services.
  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and how to apply them in a scaled, multi-team environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong background in annuities, life insurance, or wealth management products.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to influence, negotiate, and lead across organizational boundaries. Strong ability to influence and drive changes in a matrixed environment.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think big, act fast, and drive results in a high-paced, transformation-focused environment.   Knowledge of scalable AI and experience with implementing AI Use Cases.
