They are responsible for the evaluation and selection of products, cost analysis, and order tracking.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</span></strong><span> include the following. Other duties may be assigned,</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Operational procurement tasks, ensuring efficient and effective acquisition of goods and services.</span></li> <li><span>Control purchased orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company requirements</span></li> <li><span>Product and supplier evaluation, ensuring selection of high-quality and cost-effective options.</span></li> <li><span>Monitor supplier performance and address issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.</span></li> <li><span>Conduct cost comparisons and analysis, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency</span></li> <li><span>Compliance with procurement standards, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of procurement activities with overall business strategies.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain procurement records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span>Duties that apply to all professional groups and levels: All employees, irrespective of the professional group in which they are located, have the following activities inherent to their work:</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Knowledge and application of work rules (GMP, PNT, INS, BPL, etc...) according to defined procedures.</span></li> <li><span>Fulfillment of registers, if there are any.</span></li> <li><span>Respect for established quality, security and hygiene and environmental rules.</span></li> <li><span>Informing the direct manager about any incident during the normal course of their work.</span></li> <li><span>Carrying out the tasks of lower professional groups, if necessary.</span></li> </ul> <p><span><br/>This job description is intended to present the general content and requirements for the performance of this job. Managers and supervisors may assign other duties as needed.</span></p> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS &amp; EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</span></li> <li><span>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related role.</span></li> <li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li><span>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</span></li> <li><span>Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u><span>Health &amp; Safety</span></u></strong><span><br/>Each employee must comply with all prevention measures that have been put in place for the health and safety of themselves and their colleagues who may be affected by their activities. In the event of a Health &amp; Safety situation where there is an identified potential risk or Near Miss, employees must notify their Line Manager and the Prevention Service (Health and Safety) immediately, whilst also cooperating with the company regarding any additional measures that may be put in place to ensure a safe working environment.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>The estimated pay scale for the Site Procurement Specialist role based in Los Angeles, CA, is $68,640 to $90,000 annual salary.  Additionally, the position is eligible to participate in up to 5% of the company bonus pool.
