Senior Engineer, Embedded System Development

<p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Engineer, Embedded System Development</strong> to join our Embedded System Development team in Vantaa.</p> <p>This is an opportunity <strong>to develop reliable test systems for MEMS component and element testing, meeting the strict quality requirements of the automotive industry.</strong> You will work with some of the brightest minds on products at the cutting edge of technology.</p> <p><strong>In this position, you will be part of the Embedded System Development team</strong>, responsible for creating reliable and capable embedded measurement systems for MEMS component validation and high-volume production testing. The team also supports development projects by designing custom hardware and software. It consists of six skilled professionals with backgrounds in electronics and software. The team has a strong innovative spirit and members support each other. You will work closely with several production development teams, such as validation laboratories, software, and mechanical development teams.</p> <p><strong>Your main tasks as a Senior Embedded System Engineer:</strong></p> <ul><li>Develop embedded software for existing and future testing platforms.</li><li>Design and implement various embedded systems for projects.</li></ul> <p><strong>What we expect from you</strong>:</p> <ul><li>A suitable technical educational background (M.Sc.) with an emphasis on computer science, physics, automation systems, or mathematics.</li><li>Prior experience in software development.</li><li>Willingness to share your knowledge and a strong motivation to collaborate with multiple in-house teams.</li></ul> <p><strong>Skills and qualities that will support your success:</strong></p> <ul><li>Experience in digital signal processing and Matlab.</li><li>Measurement and testing expertise.</li><li>Electronics development experience.</li><li>Experience in VHDL design.</li></ul> <p>You are an innovative problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills and an accurate working style.
