Accounting & Banking Manager-Class Action

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the CA QSF distribution accounts (300+ accounts). Includes opening accounts, daily transaction reconciliations, bank reconciliations, wire distributions, and check runs.
• Maintain banking relationships to ensure proper processes and online access
• Track and reconcile payments needed to fulfillment vendors
• Work closely with Project Management teams to resolve accounting/banking related tickets pertaining to QSF’s
• Serve as admin for a number of third-party systems used by CA personnel
• Coach and mentor team members, identifying opportunities for professional development and career progression
• Facilitate communication across departments to ensure internal policies and deliverables align

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to understand Tax & Treasury Legislation
• 7+ years of progressive experience
• Naturally curious, self-driven, and motivated to meet goals and objectives
• Strong communication, organizational, and listening skills
• Strong relationship development and management
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, improve processes, and assess effectiveness through continuous improvement
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000
