The position

As an Associate Manager, you will lead a diverse team of around 12 competent employees, all with the same goal to provide high-quality services to our production. This entails building maintenance, security, cleaning, gowning, HVAC systems, purified water, pest control, temperature monitoring & control, compliance and quality-related tasks, and various ad hoc tasks – all at the centre of a highly GMP regulated production.

Together with your team, you will be responsible for maintaining our facility of today while at the same time upgrade to produce for tomorrow.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a competent Facility Management team, to succeed with daily operations - as well as setting goals and executing on the long-term direction.
  • Provide continuous production support towards various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive team performance and development both at team and individual levels.
  • Exert your expertise across various forums and collaborate with our global production sites.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Senior Director, IFP KA Production Support, and will be part of an experienced and inclusive management team.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you have:

  • A proven and successful track record regarding management of a team or department.
  • A deep passion and understanding of facility management, with hands-on experience from mid to large size facilities, preferably from a regulated industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in communicating complex data in a simple way and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Danish, both written and verbal.

As a leader, you are empathetic and your experience and curiosity has given you the skills to be able to set direction.

You will be a part of the global IFP organization that spans across 7 production sites in 5 countries. We are the last step in the supply chain, where we assemble and pack our products before they are being shipped to patients worldwide. In IFP Kalundborg, we are approximately 500 employees.
