Position Title: General Manager 

Pay Grade: 16 

Reports To: Regional Manager

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus

Other Forms of Compensation: Benefits and Bonus Eligible

Job Summary

This General Manager position will oversee and ensure the successful daily dining operations for a premier corporate client.  You must have outstanding communication and hospitality skills, have the demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and services at any given time, and be a great people leader.    

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Manages overall day to day operations of the account
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• A minimum of five years of complex foodservice management experience
• Strong financial acumen
• High hospitality IQ
• Desire to learn and grow with an industry leading foodservice company
