Pharmacy Analytics Advisor - Evernorth Health Services - Hybrid

Role Summary

The Pharmacy Analytics Advisor will develop reports in support of Cigna Healthcare’s Pharmacy Sales process.  Successful candidates will be able to understand product messaging and clearly communicate analytic insights in a concise manner.  This individual will also align analytics reporting processes between Evernorth and Cigna Healthcare.  The Advisor will become the subject matter expert in targeted areas and will help answer questions from the sales team and other team members. 

Job Responsibilities

• Understand business problems and independently develop solutions beginning with data extraction and ending with presentation ready exhibits
• Be a technical leader on the team for program development
• Advance team initiatives to evolve technologically
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve reports or processes
• Collaborate with team members and business partners across various locations
• Develop trust with matrix partners for analytical solutions
• Prioritize multiple projects and be adaptable to rapid turn-around times

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in analyzing claims and summarizing results visually
• Proficient in the following analytics tools/languages: SQL, SAS, Python, Alteryx, Tableau
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Analytics, Statistics, Economics
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues
• Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
• Prior experience with Pharmacy preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
