Key job responsibilities
Our aim is to enable fans to discover and engage with Amazon Music anywhere, any time. We work with a wide range of partners from device and car manufacturers, to key players in the social, sports, entertainment and emerging tech sectors. We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic and creative thinker, experienced in negotiation, who can apply both sound judgement and data driven insights to identify and form successful partnership. This role can be based in New York City, LA, San Francisco, London, Seattle or Atlanta and reports to the Global Director of Business Development.

The ideal candidate thrives working in a fast-paced environment, solving ambiguous and complex problems and work with cross-functional teams in a global setting to set and deliver on goals. Your ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders will be critical, as will be your resourcefulness. You need to have the courage to say no to opportunities that are not aligned with our strategy and the resilience to get important partnerships across the finish line when others might be getting cold feet. You will not be evaluated by the number of deals you do, but by the impact of the partnerships you form and develop.
