What will your challenge be?

As a Consultant, you will join our team dedicated to Private Capital, with a specific focus on asset-backed finance, securitization, and structured finance transactions. You will be involved in strategic projects for our clients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams. This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing investment solutions and structures for institutional investors and corporates
• Developing and reviewing financial models to evaluate transaction and investment structures
• Engaging in valuation processes for transactions, using both traditional and innovative approaches
• Providing strategic and financial analysis to support our clients’ strategic decisions across the deal lifecycle
• Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders throughout the execution of structured finance transactions

Who we are looking for

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong experience in asset-backed finance, gained in a private credit institution, transaction advisory firm, or investment bank. You should be a team player with excellent analytical capabilities, financial modelling skills, and the ability to interpret and manage complex financial data. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential.

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in asset finance, structured credit, or securitization
• Prior investment experience or financial institutions group (FIG) / structured credit / securitization / investment banking experience is preferred
• Proven experience with asset-backed financing structures and transaction execution
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of key financial metrics
•  Experience and proficiency in financial modelling
• Understanding of financial statements and knowledge of Italian and international accounting principles.
• Degree in Corporate Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, or Statistics with a financial focus.
• Outstanding command of the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (C1 level
