Pay range:

$108,992.00 - $174,387.00

Supervise the development of pro forma and business plan for new programs; evaluating exiting programs for performance improvement; capital justification and prioritizing.  Coordinate the operating, capital budget and forecasting.  Supervise the labor productivity reporting system.  Assist senior managements on productivity, revenue enhancement, and cost reduction opportunities.  Manage physician compensation calculations, working with Human Resources compensation team to ensure efficient processes and systems.  Coordinate the development and managing of the Finance Information Systems.  Coordinate the development of processes, policies and procedures for the Finance Systems. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• HFMA membership desired.
• Minimum of five years’ financial analysis and accounting experience required.  Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred.  Healthcare experience required.
