Job Description 

Summary/objective

Buffalo Rock is an award-winning Pepsi and Keurig Dr Pepper bottler founded in Birmingham, AL more than 123 years ago. Buffalo Rock manages the best beverage portfolio in the country, which includes several beloved global and regional brands. The Asset Delivery is a key member of the Marketing Equipment team responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of all Buffalo Rock equipment and/or assets.

 

Essential functions

• Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position. Position is required to work all hours necessary to ensure operations function is fulfilled, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Required to load requested assets on delivery truck with the aid of material handling equipment.
• Required to make minor repairs and adjustments to activate and deactivate machines. during the pick-up and delivery process.
• Perform asset installations according to Buffalo Rock standards.
• Document and maintain administrative requirements through BRC Technology.
• Operate and maintain delivery vehicle according to DOT safety regulations.
• Handle and process equipment received and transferred to and from our Corporate Distribution facility.
• Communicate effectively on behalf of Buffalo Rock and its customers.
• Attend and/or participate in all scheduled meetings as directed.
• Adhere to customer policies for vendors or suppliers, which may include but is not limited to business conduct policies, business ethics policies, legal policies, and delivery and merchandising policies.
• Reports to work as scheduled in a clean work uniform.
• Keeps vehicle clean, well-maintained and in an orderly condition.
• Uses all provided safety equipment and operates all equipment/vehicles in a safe manner; requests assistance if needed.
• Perform other activities assigned by supervisor.
