In this role, you'll ensure financial integrity, strategic plan alignment, and manage the business’s financial rhythm—all while thriving in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.</p> <h3>Tasks</h3> <strong>What you'll do</strong><br/><br/><p>Financial Strategy &amp; Reporting</p><ul><li><p>Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, KPI dashboards, forecasts, and variance analyses.</p></li><li><p>Provide insightful financial commentary and recommendations influencing key strategic decisions.</p></li></ul><p>Accounting &amp; Compliance</p><ul><li><p>Oversee full-cycle accounting: GL, AP/AR, asset management, and closing processes—ensuring accuracy and adherence to German GAAP and IFRS.</p></li><li><p>Supervise accurate, timely financial close and reporting</p></li><li><p>Manage audits, tax filings, and ensure financial compliance across jurisdictions (Germany, Europe, global clients).</p></li></ul><p>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting</p><ul><li><p>Support annual budgeting and long-range financial modeling with scenario planning.</p></li><li><p>Own quarterly re-forecasting efforts </p></li></ul><p>Cash Flow &amp; Treasury</p><ul><li><p>Monitor cash flow, liquidity forecasts, billing, collections, and banking relationships.</p></li><li><p>Drive optimal working capital management.</p></li></ul><p>Financial Systems &amp; Controls</p><ul><li><p>Identify, document, and strengthen financial processes and controls, including automated data flows or ERP enhancements.</p></li><li><p>Recommend and drive improvements to financial systems to support scale with trust and ownership mindset.</p></li></ul><p>Cross-functional Collaboration</p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations/Deployment, and Leadership to align finance strategy with strategic initiatives.</p></li></ul><p>Special Projects &amp; Strategic Initiatives</p><ul><li><p>Work alongside the VP of finance in support of commercial discussions, key investment projects and funding rounds. </p></li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <strong>Our ideal new colleague</strong><br/><br/><ul><li><p>Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
