Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll handle the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing deals—with warm, pre-qualified leads. This role goes beyond just setting appointments; you’ll build strong relationships, lead discovery calls, and play a key role in driving the agency’s growth. Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales process from first contact to closing
  

• Conduct outbound calls using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead sources
  

• Manage leads and pipeline using Pipedrive CRM
  

• Lead engaging sales calls and presentations
  

• Build strong rapport with prospects
  

• Use tools like CloudTalk for communication
  

• Contribute ideas to refine and improve sales strategies
  

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to boost conversions
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven outbound sales experience with a strong closing record
  

• Experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
  

• Confident cold caller with excellent phone presence
  

• Skilled in managing full sales cycles from outreach to close
  

• Familiar with lead generation and sales tools
  

• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  

• Excellent spoken and written English
  

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
