Job Summary:
Rooted in principles of respect, choice and inclusivity, the Director Faith Integration and their team make evident our Christian mission identity through the integration of faith into the working and serving environment at AbleLight. The Director and their team partners with the in-market advancement team members, volunteer management and operational leaders to engage closely with all churches, congregations, faith-based organizations, community stakeholders to grow our Mission, Vision and Values with three areas of focus: 1) Inspire an AbleLight culture and programs that support each individual person we serve and AbleLight team members in exploring and growing in the faith of their choosing and creating pathways for meaningful spiritual engagement. 2) Nationally foster mutually enriching relationships with congregations, faith and community-based organizations and individuals to enhance the support of our Mission, Vision, and Values; and 3) Through the cultivation and maintenance of successful relationships, increase volunteer engagement as evidenced by increased volunteers actively engaged in our Mission, Vision and Values.
Essential Duties:
• Align the passion and talents of others and create an environment where individuals and teams can thrive. Focus areas include:

◦ Attract and hire team members welcoming, onboarding, and mentoring new members on the team.

• Participate in the development of the strategy for faith integration as well as develop the plan and long-term objectives to execute the strategy with team as demonstrated by achieving positive business results with a focus on quality, metrics, and budget.
• Lead the Faith Integration Team with an emphasis on the engagement of those we come alongside in their desired faith communities as appropriate, engagement of faith Communities and volunteers throughout our geographic service areas in AbleLight’s Mission.
• Develop and maintain long lasting mutually beneficial relationships with churches, faith and community-based organizations, individuals, and other faith communities to understand their needs and connect them with partnership, volunteer, and faith integration opportunities to advance our Vision, Mission, Values. The Director Faith Integration partners within market advancement team members to engage donor opportunities through established relationships and partners with local operations and interested volunteers to create meaningful and impactful experience for all by assisting with volunteer recruitment, oversight, training, communication, and recognition, in our residential, day programs, employment services, advancement efforts, and other programs. Works closely with Volunteer Management and leverages the systems, processes, policies established for volunteerism created. Collaborate with all community stakeholders and internal operational and corporate partners to integrate feedback and advance our Mission through strong and sustained relationships.
• Plan and deliver programs and events to raise awareness about our Mission to advance our growth for those we support in residential, day programs, and employment services. The Director Faith Integration will also partner with in market advancement team members to implement these community education & outreach efforts as appropriate with prospective and existing corporate and individual donors.
• This role focuses on not only being the leader across all states but also having their home state be an area of focus where they do the work to foster community relationships with congregations, faith-based organization, community-based organizations, and individuals to enhance the support of our Mission, Vision, Values.
