What does a successful Product Owner at Fiserv do?

A successful Product Owner at Fiserv transforms financial technology for small businesses by bridging customer needs with market opportunities. You'll orchestrate cross-functional teams to develop innovative payment and financial management solutions that directly impact how businesses operate. Your vision ensures our products not only solve today's challenges but anticipate tomorrow's demands—empowering small businesses to streamline operations, improve cash flow, and achieve sustainable growth.

What You Will Do

• Own the product backlog and roadmap for SMB Solutions within the Small Business Integrated Solution ecosystem

• Collaborate with engineering teams to define user stories, prioritize features, and ensure timely and high-quality releases

• Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, compliance) and external partners to define requirements and drive integrations

• Track key performance metrics, drive continuous improvements, and ensure alignment with Fiserv's broader SMB strategy

• Ensure products adhere to industry regulations, security standards, and Fiserv's compliance policies

What You Will Need To Have

• 3+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in fintech, payments, or SMB-focused technology solutions

• Intermediate understanding of merchant acquiring, payment processing, and small business financial management tools

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and SaaS-based financial platforms

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, working in Scrum or Kanban environments

• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive decision-making

Salary Range

$83,400.00 - $143,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
