One core objective is to equip the project delivery teams with a project management platform during construction phase, and in parallel to contribute to the industrialization strategy by embedding in the platform standard ways of working, uniform concepts and shared operational best practices.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><span>The R-GBU has selected the PROCORE software as its standard platform for project delivery, and is well advanced in its geographical deployment to all its entities. But much remains to be done to  finalize the deployment to 100% and push further the integration of processes and standards of each project disciplines.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><span>For this, <b>R-GBU is looking for a Global Procore Functional Administrator</b> who will be integrated in the core team along with a Product Owner and an IT manager, and will rely on a network of entity administrators and business process owners.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><span><span>This position is located in La Défense, France, and the Administrator reports to the PMO systems and tools manager (who is the Procore Product Owner) within the R-GBU headquarter.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span> </span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><b><span>What you will do</span></b><b><span><span>:</span></span></b></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><span>The Global Procore Functional Administrator shall have the following responsibilities:</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><u><span><span>Global safeguard of the platform usage</span></span></u><span><span>:</span></span></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Regularly monitor all Procore instances to ensure in-tool configurations are being maintained according to the tool global governance</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Work closely with entity administrators from all geographies to ensure global/entity processes and governance are followed</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>For smaller geographies, act as entity administrator during the early ramp-up phase</span></span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><u><span><span>In-tool configuration &amp; advisory:</span></span></u></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Work together with the Product owner, the entity admins &amp; the process owners to collect needs and define new functionalities which must be set up</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Understand in depth the repercussions of choices within the solution and provide necessary warnings and advisory when needed</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Manage and configure the core model based on the data governance (custom fields, translations, use of each tool, permission templates)</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Coordinate Procore Analytics and interfaces updates linked to the fieldsets / custom fields evolutions</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Play a proactive role (together with the Product owner, the IT admin and the process owners) to define, implement and test new interfaces with Group tools.</span></span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><u><span><span>Contribution to the deployment:</span></span></u></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Work together wi
