About the role

The Project Manager coordinates activities of internal and external groups (staff, vendors, partners, etc.) to achieve project goals. Primary focus is to manage projects involving EHR enhancements, infrastructure upgrades, M365 initiatives, cybersecurity, integration, and analytics. This role partners with technical leads, architects, Information Services and operational staff, and vendors.

 

Schedule:

  • Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud
  • Day shift | 8am-4:30pm

 

Pay and Benefits:

  • Starting pay begins at $77,570.21 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience

  • Salary range:  $77,570.21 - $116,344.36 per year

    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3 years minimum of project management experience required
  • Proven ability to monitor and track performance, anticipates risks, and resolve issues
  • Experience with Project Management tools
  • Project Management Professional Current PMP certification required within 5 years. Certified Associate in PM certification required within 3 years if PMP has not been obtained within 3 years. Certification must be maintained throughout the duration of employment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, and Word
  • Strong interpersonal, organization, analytical, and multitasking skills required
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
