The role

As a Senior Product Manager you will be..

Working in discovery (80% of your time)

• Leading product research trio focused on trial experience and self-service product adoption
• Following the Continuous Discovery framework to uncover the most impactful opportunities
• Gathering both qualitative, and quantitative evidence to back discovered opportunities
• Proposing the most promising solutions to our tribe leads for delivery
• Prioritising evidence gathering not features
• Collaborating with Rossum’s leadership to define the most impactful outcomes

Working in delivery (20% of your time)

• Responsible for delivery and making sure product goals are met 
• Helping the product marketing team to translate benefits to customers

You should apply if you have:

• Relevant experience as Product Manager. Successful candidates usually have at least 4 years of commercial experience in a product role
• Experience in B2B (Enterprise) SaaS, working in products with an average deal above 10k ARR per customer
• Experience with the Continuous Discovery framework and Opportunity Solution Trees
• Speed / velocity is a factor — You are able to deliv
• (plus) Experience with:
• Product with AI features
• Product reliant on integrations
• Automation
• Business process
