Position Summary:
This Treasury Management Officer role operates solely in-house within the broader Treasury Sales organization. Accountable to market and provision Texas Capital’s Treasury Management suite of solutions to new and existing Business Banking clients in partnership with Business Banking Relationship Managers, solicit new core business deposits, monitor full end-to-end treasury sales process, and ensure an exceptional implementation and client experience.
Responsibilities:
Key contributor in the growth and profitability of the Business Banking segment of Texas Capital.
Solicits, qualifies, and maintains new and existing commercial banking treasury relationships with a focus on core treasury management solutions and core deposit growth.
Virtually partners with Business Banking Relationship Managers to ensure commercial deposits are gathered and treasury management solutions are fulfilled.
Ensures the proper onboarding of new treasury management clients (to include entry of Treasury Onboarding Requests) and prepared in good order for the Treasury Implementation Team
Virtually partners with prospective clients, works prospect lists, and cultivates referral sources.
Develops and executes proformas and demos for clients/prospects.
Cross-sells treasury solutions to existing clients.
Provides training and continuing education to Business Banking Relationship Managers and other partners to ensure their knowledge of treasury management solutions is current.
Responsible for joining market pipeline meetings and staying current on progress, issues, etc. regarding treasury management solutions.
Ensures that all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field strong preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with core Treasury products and solutions including Payables, Receivables, Information Reporting and Liquidity Management.
Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Intermediate to Advanced Excel required, PowerPoint and Word
Requires energetic engagement with prospective and existing clients via video (virtual) capability.
Extremely detail-oriented and extensive follow up with clients critical.
In office position Monday-Friday at the TCB headquarters in downtown Dallas, Texas
