We provide technology solutions and business services including finance, accounting, information technology, global security, legal, payroll and benefits, procurement, tax, real estate, treasury and risk management to help Publicis Groupe agencies do what they do best: create and innovate for their clients. </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p> </p><p>Primary Responsibilities </p><ul><li><p>Analysing and seeking resolution for any financial or system queries that users may have with Altair via queues in our ticketing system (Service-Now) </p></li><li><p>Liaise with off shore teams with regards to tickets which can’t be resolved locally. </p></li><li><p>Co-ordinate with various teams with regular issue resolutions meetings – Agency Teams, Core Teams, Management and Off Shore Teams  </p></li><li><p>Liaise with key users to identify and understand critical requirements (including reporting requirements) and enhancements. </p></li><li><p>Help with the setup of new users and confidential information within Altair, including security administration and maintaining user groups. </p></li><li><p>Support the relevant teams when they are implementing new company structures, mergers and acquisitions. </p></li><li><p>Supporting the Agencies when performing user acceptance testing and training </p></li><li><p>Involvement in various projects set out in the Groupe’s Application Program Strategy </p></li></ul><p>Essential Applications and Skills </p><ul><li><p>SAP. </p></li><li><p>Finance background. </p></li><li><p>Experience with providing systems support to large number of users or agencies </p></li><li><p>Experience with ticketing systems. </p></li></ul><p>Strengths and Attributes </p><ul><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for learning new technologies.  </p></li><li><p>Desire to work in fast-paced environment to ensure that applications meet or exceed specifications in a scalable and secure environment and against tight commercial deadlines. </p></li><li><p>Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. </p></li><li><p>Self-motivated, creative and strong sense of accountability. </p></li><li><p>Self-starter accustomed to working on own initiative. </p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and a successful track record of dealings with all levels of management. </p></li><li><p>Evidence of working effectively within a team and a willingness to support the team is an absolute requirement. </p></li><li><p>An understanding of book-keeping principles. </p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Microsoft products </p></li><li><p>Ability to learn rapidly from written material and applying this to developing practical expertise </p></li></ul>
