Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop the Information Security Management System within the Corporate Organization
• Ensure adherence to group-wide Freudenberg Information Security Standards
• Ensure an effective Incident Management and Reporting Process
• Support regular Security Audits (incl. customers and suppliers) in collaboration with Corporate Audit and other relevant functions to ensure proper execution of security processes
• Conduct a regular validation of Information Security Risks and Vulnerabilities and the respective implementation status of associated measures
• Represent the Corporate Organization within the group-wide Information Security Manager network and contribute to the respective working groups

Qualifications:

• Three or more years as Information Security Manager or CISM ideally within an international business environment
• Excellent knowledge of Information Security Management Systems and associated processes preferably based on ISO 27001 (certificate in CISM and/or CISA required)
• Good knowledge of state-of-the-art IT security technologies
• Good knowledge of data protection regulations Business orientation and good cross-functional business knowledge required
• Excellent competencies in consulting of Information Security topics and in the cooperation work with all relevant interfaces
• Excellent skills to communicate with different stakeholders (IT Experts, End Users, different Management levels,) in Information Security relevant matters
