Position Type:  Salary + Bonus

Pay Range:  $65,000 - $85,000

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with new and existing customers and follow up as needed.

• Conduct commercial & personal lines policy reviews and work with clients to offer financial analysis to ensure the proper coverages are intact according to the clients assets. 

• Update policies and remarket current accounts to retain current policy holders. 

• Sales duties include but are not limited to developing and acquiring new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients and referrals  with an emphasis on personal, commercial and workers compensations insurance. Business to business sales and marketing at Schomp dealership locations as well as self generating leads by developing relationships in our local community.

• Process payments and report claims.

• Manage Schomp’s workers compensation policy.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

• 3+ years personal lines insurance experience.

• 3+ years commercial lines insurance experience preferred.

• 3+ years insurance retention experience.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.

• Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

• Must possess or obtain a Property and Casualty license.
