About This Role:Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented BA/QA. Business Analyst / Quality Analyst role will apply knowledge and experience as part of an Agile Scrum delivery team. The BA/QA Analyst work with business analyst team, QA team, development team and on designing and delivering IT solutions. The analyst will be required to work in all aspects of the software development cycle. The candidate should have extensive business analyst experience with regards to requirement analysis, working with developers transposing requirements into feasible and solid IT solutions, and support testing. The candidate should have strong critical thinking and analytical skills and have experience in cross-team collaboration and have an eye for details. The candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within the team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business analysts, quality analyst, and developers to determine design and implementation of IT solutions on functional-basis and system integration perspective.
Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users.
Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
