Description

DevCo is seeking a full-time Financial Analyst to join our team in Bellevue, WA. The Financial Analyst is responsible for financial analytics related to all aspects of the business including stabilized operations, construction, and development.

Pay Details: $85,000-$120,000/year

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains corporate and property budgeting and forecasting. Develops, improves upon and builds budget and forecast models and analytical tools.
  • Collaborates with business units, developing timely and accurate monthly financial forecasts with insightful analysis against budget.
  • Provides analysis in support of operational performance, making recommendations on improving performance, and partners with division directors and managers to facilitate implementation of decisions.
  • Manages analysis of company’s securitization instrument analysis and assembles qualitative commentary with input from business units.
  • Assembles quarterly package of company financial performance and management’s discussion and analysis.
