THE JOB:

At T-Mobile Arena—the home of legendary performances, professional sports, and unforgettable events—you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission to entertain the human race. As an Arena Operations Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of T-Mobile Arena’s operations, shaping moments that captivate audiences and ensuring every event runs flawlessly.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead and schedule crews such as riggers, deckhands, loaders, A/V technicians, and spotlight operators.

• Act as the primary liaison between production crews and the arena team.

• Oversee all aspects of staging, including bleachers, chairs, basketball courts, and ice rinks.

• Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure it is operational and properly stored.

• Enforce fire and safety codes, ensuring monthly fire extinguisher inspections are completed.

• Review crew performance, manage timesheets, and mentor team members to excel in a high-energy environment.

• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other vehicles as needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 4+ years as a stagehand in special events, with hands-on setup and teardown experience.

• 1+ years in a supervisory role, leading stagehand crews in a fast-paced environment.

• Expertise in using concert-related tools and equipment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

• Effective verbal and written communication.
