Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in data visualization and statistical techniques, and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection & Management
    • Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms).
    • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
    • Work with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Analysis & Insights
    • Perform advanced statistical analysis, trend forecasting, and predictive modeling.
    • Identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies in large datasets.
    • Translate data findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Visualization & Reporting
    • Design interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
    • Present insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and storytelling.
    • Automate reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaboration
    • Partner with business units, product managers, and engineers to define KPIs and metrics.
    • Support data-driven decision-making across marketing, finance, operations, and product teams.
    • Mentor junior analysts and enforce best practices in data analysis.
  • Advanced Analytics
  • Apply machine learning techniques for classification, clustering, and regression tasks.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment design for product and marketing initiatives.
  • Work with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) for large-scale analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
    • Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling.
    • Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).
    • Knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
    • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
    • Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.
