Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in data visualization and statistical techniques, and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Management
- Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms).
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL).
Analysis & Insights
- Perform advanced statistical analysis, trend forecasting, and predictive modeling.
- Identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Translate data findings into clear business recommendations.
Visualization & Reporting
- Design interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and storytelling.
- Automate reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.
Collaboration
- Partner with business units, product managers, and engineers to define KPIs and metrics.
- Support data-driven decision-making across marketing, finance, operations, and product teams.
- Mentor junior analysts and enforce best practices in data analysis.
Advanced Analytics

Apply machine learning techniques for classification, clustering, and regression tasks.
Conduct A/B testing and experiment design for product and marketing initiatives.
Work with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) for large-scale analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
Experience: 7+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling.
- Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).
- Knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.
