THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Lost and Found Clerk at Excalibur is to answer phones, complete filing for the department, and process lost and found. All duties are performed in accordance with department guest service standards and MGM  Resorts International policies, practices and procedures.

THE STARTING PAY: $16 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• File all lost and found/ Security related reports
• Log, sort, store, and return all lost and found items to owners
• Prepare lost and found items for shipping
• Pull and sort unclaimed items for charity
• Attempt to locate owner of lost items
• Coordinate pick up of lost and found items from the hotel floors
• Answer multi-line telephones and take messages for Security Department
• Ensure employee accident reports are properly completed and filed for Worker's Compensation
• Prepare security/lost and found paperwork for records retention

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Administrative Experience.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

• Experience in multi-tasking, attention to detail, and computer skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish, English as the primary or secondary language.
• Experience working in a similar resort setting.
