This role will focus on strategic, high-impact projects related to our new financial products, helping shape the future of integrated financial experiences. </span><span>You’ll lead end-to-end research across the product development lifecycle, from early discovery to concept testing and post-launch evaluation. Your insights will guide product strategy, design, and positioning, ensuring our solutions meet real customer needs and stand out in a rapidly evolving fintech landscape. </span><span>Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services is highly desirable, as you’ll play a key role in helping the business understand complex customer relationships with money, including trading and investing propositions.</span> <h3>Responsabilities</h3> <ul> <li>Lead <b>end-to-end product research</b>: defining objectives, choosing methods, creating research plans and scripts, conducting studies, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.</li><li>Conduct both generative and evaluative research studies across <b>different markets (</b>e.g. Middle East, Asia, Europe, etc..).In particular, conduct <b>discovery research/ customer research</b> to identify unmet needs and inform early-stage product strategy.</li><li>Run <b>concept and usability testing</b>, helping teams refine ideas and improve user experience.</li><li>Partner with <b>Product and Design</b> to shape new propositions and experiences, and to measure the success of new features/creative content.</li><li>Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into <b>strategic narratives and recommendations</b> that influence stakeholders across disciplines and seniority levels.</li><li>Collaborate with <b>cross-functional teams</b> and external research partners to deliver high-quality, timely insights.</li><li>Make sure the user insights are embedded,<b>actioned and prioritised</b> in the Product roadmap.</li><li>Work closely with the <b>Data Team</b> to build an understanding of customer behaviour to measure the performance of our products. </li><li>Work with the Director of Research to create a <b>user centric culture</b> and embed the user voice in strategic planning and scoping sessions.</li><li><b>Proactively</b> identify new product opportunities through user insights, and <b>go beyond </b>individual projects by actively engaging and collaborating with stakeholders across teams.<b>                                                              </b></li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in <b>product/UX research</b>, ideally within fintech, banking, or a similar digital product environment.</li><li>Proven ability to lead <b>end-to-end research</b> — from scoping and method design to analysis and storytelling.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <b>qualitative and quantitative methods</b>, and how to combine them for maximum impact (e.g. interviews, usability testing, diary studies, card sorting, surveys, and workshops)Able to triangulate product data.</li><li>Able to turn insights and unmet needs into actionable opportunities.</li><li>Experience working to <b>strict deadlines</b> and on different projects over a period of time. Understanding of <b>user behaviour in financial contexts</b><a href="http://contexts.experience/">.</a></li><li><b>Experience in engaging with diverse markets.</b></li><li>Confident communicator with excellent <b>stakeholder management and presentation skills</b>.</li><li>Skilled at turning complex insights into <b>clear, actionable recommendations</b> that influence strategy and product direction.</li><li>Comfortable working across multiple workstreams in a <b>fast-paced, growth-focused environment</b>.</li><li>Curious, analytical, and collaborative — with a genuine passion for understanding people and shaping products that make finance more accessible.</li><br/><b>Nice to Have</b><li>Ability to speak additional languages like German &amp; Arabic.</li></ul><b>What you will get in return:</b><br/><span>• </span><b>Competitive Salary:</b><span> We believe great work deserves great pay!
