Supervisor Pharmacy at Credena Health Specialty Pharmacy in Soutwest Portland/Tigard, OR. 

Full-Time/Day Shift

The Pharmacy Supervisor/Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) is responsible for the day‑to��day operational and regulatory oversight of the Credena Health Specialty and Home Delivery Pharmacy. This role provides leadership for pharmacy production and fulfillment operations, ensuring safe, accurate, timely dispensing of medications while maintaining compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, Board of Pharmacy regulations, and specialty pharmacy accreditation standards (URAC, ACHC).

This position partners closely with patient management care teams, operational leaders, and external vendors to support high‑quality patient care, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The PIC serves as the designated pharmacist responsible for the pharmacy license and compliance.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License
  • 3 years of Retail or Specialty practice experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PharmD in Pharmacy.
  • 1 year of experience acting as a pharmacist-in-Charge.
  • 1 year of experience in a leadership/supervisory role.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
