Job Description
A day in the life could look like:
- Strategic Project Leadership: Lead and oversee multifaceted projects focused on human capital strategy, people operations, workforce planning, organizational design, and the implementation of enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Direct these initiatives with an eye on strategic alignment and sustainable impact.
- Collaborative Facilitation: Skillfully facilitate meetings and workshops to gather insights and propel recommendations. Your adept facilitation will drive productive discussions and guide the direction of strategic decisions.
- Analytical Expertise: Utilize sophisticated analytical tools and frameworks, including process design and analysis, financial/cost analysis, ROI analysis, and workforce analysis. Apply these methodologies to support discovery, design, and informed recommendations.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with client leadership teams to harmonize operating models and organizational design initiatives with overarching strategic objectives. Lead projects focused on human capital strategy, people operations, workforce planning, organizational design, and enterprise HCM selection and implementation
- Leadership Development: Innovate proactive approaches to cultivate the next generation of leaders, promote talent mobility, and enhance succession planning. Align these initiatives with long-range client business strategies.
- Impact Measurement: Create metrics and measures to gauge the effectiveness and business impact of talent management endeavors, such as training, leadership development programs, and organizational enhancements.
- Expert Consultation: Provide clients with expert guidance in methodologies and best practices, particularly in understanding the organizational consequences of proposed changes related to organizational design, workforce planning, and HCM implementation.
- Change Management Craftsmanship: Craft robust change management processes and tools, orchestrating a strategic approach to support the seamless adoption of transformative changes.
- Cultural and Strategic Alignment: Ensure that all efforts are meticulously aligned with the unique culture and strategic aspirations of our clients.
- Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional, high-touch service to both employees and clients under your purview.
Qualifications
We’d love it if you:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree (preferred), PHR, SHRM or Organization Development and Workforce planning certifications and a minimum of 8+ years of human resources experience, or equivalent combination of experience and/or certification
