• Estimated hourly base pay: $20.58 (minimum) - $25.72 (midpoint) - $30.87 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark?  If you’re a Ap Clerk, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This role provides processing of payable and receivable transactions. Supervision ranges from moderate supervision on more difficult assignments to low supervision on less complicated tasks.

What You Will Be Doing 

• Data entry of accounting transactions such as accounts payables and/or accounts receivables

• Handles funds (i.e. cashiering, receipt of customer payments, generation of payables checks to suppliers)

• Answers more complex questions from internal and external customers to solve problems for transactional issues (i.e. sales, purchasing, IT, suppliers, customers, etc.)

• Maintains transaction records and files

• Conduct analysis of unresolved transactional issues, along with providing solutions to meet required deadlines

• May perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For 

• High School Diploma or equivalent  required

• 2-5 years experience working with AP/AR or general accounting transactions required
