This is a Senior Software Engineer position in the Core Brokerage & Trading technology team. Candidate will be responsible for design and development of software components for high performance online trading systems and applications, with primary focus on order vetting/management and trade processing systems and applications. Candidate will need to have high energy and be highly motivated and must have demonstrated success in a fast paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will:
• Engage in technical discussions, contribute to design sessions, and present ideas through whiteboarding.
• Collaborate closely with peers in a fast-paced technical design and development environment.
• Execute deliverables with urgency and focus to meet product release goals.
• Uphold code quality through best practices, unit testing, and automation.
• Develop a strong understanding of the overall product architecture, including module interdependencies, while maintaining deep expertise in your assigned component.
• Contribute to the design of interfaces and data exchange between modules.
• Demonstrate advanced domain knowledge and strong customer focus; be proficient in development methodologies and skilled in build, release, and deployment processes.
• Emphasize scalability and quality improvements through rigorous testing practices.
• Write clean, standards-compliant code that delivers the intended functionality using the selected technologies.
Must Have Experience
• Over 5 years of experience in Digital Analytics.
• 12–18 years of experience in IT architecture, engineering, information security, or other specialized technology domains.
• Subject matter expert in Adobe Experience Cloud, with deep integration knowledge across content management, analytics, segmentation, and targeting.
• Skilled in data collection strategy, data science workspace, and Real-Time CDP.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), including custom solutions and SaaS platforms like Tealium AudienceStream, Adobe AEP, AIQ, and Segment.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, including Adobe AEP, AEM (Sites and Assets), Target, and Analytics.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including web analytics, CRM, marketing automation, campaign management, and audience targeting.
• Proficient in data management and transformation using cloud-based tools and infrastructure.
• Knowledgeable in Data Governance and Data Privacy regulations and concepts.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Capable of managing projects end-to-end and delivering on time.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Technical proficiency in JavaScript and SQL.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing scenarios.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and a proactive self-starter.
