We’re looking for a Production Manager to join our advertising post-production team someone who can keep projects running smoothly from the very first brief all the way to the final export.

What Awaits You:

• You’ll be the brain behind the operation, organizing and coordinating projects from A to Z
• You’ll keep an eye on schedules, deadlines, and budgets
• You’ll communicate with clients, suppliers, and our creative teams (editing, VFX, grading)
• You’ll make sure everything runs according to plan and that teams speak the same language
• A bit of administration (orders, contracts, invoicing) and keeping everything in order
• You’ll take part in campaigns for both Czech and global brands

What Makes You a Match:

• Experience in production (TV, online, advertising) or a strong desire to learn fast
• Excellent organizational skills and top-notch communication
• The ability to stay calm in chaos and quickly find solutions
• Independence, responsibility, and a proactive mindset
• Good level of English (German is a big plus!)
• Knowledge of post-production processes (offline/online, VFX, grading) is an advantage, not a requirement, we’re happy to teach you
