Senior Brand Experience Designer

Nokia of America Corporation, Senior Brand Experience Designer, San Francisco, CA.

• Lead the design and execution of high-impact brand experiences across digital, physical, and environmental platforms. 

• Define, maintain, and evolve Nokia’s visual language across all communication platforms. 

• Develop brand storytelling assets, including presentations, packaging, motion graphics, and interactive media. 

• Create executive-level presentations and visuals that communicate complex ideas in a clear, compelling way. 

• Design and manage brand campaigns that enhance Nokia’s internal culture and external perception. 

• Establish and evolve visual identity guidelines, ensuring best-in-class design standards. 

• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and leadership teams to develop creative solutions to business challenges. 

• Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output. Responsible for contribution to teamwork. 

• Carries out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines. 

• Demonstrates initiative and adaptability to changing business environments. #LI-DNI

 

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of San Francisco, CA may be permitted up to 60%.

 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Web Design, Media Art, Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Web Design, Media Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience. 

 

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience with the following: 

• Adobe CS Creative Suite, Figma and Motion Design software; 

• Interactive animation and prototyping tools: Adobe After Effect or Principal; 

• Maze for usability testing; 

• Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign; and, 

• Design presentations, packaging and visuals for internal projects and campaigns

 

Domestic travel up to 10% required.

 

International travel up to 5% required.

 

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of San Francisco, CA may be permitted up to 60%.
