Senior Brand Experience Designer

Nokia of America Corporation, Senior Brand Experience Designer, San Francisco, CA.
Lead the design and execution of high-impact brand experiences across digital, physical, and environmental platforms.
Define, maintain, and evolve Nokia’s visual language across all communication platforms.
Develop brand storytelling assets, including presentations, packaging, motion graphics, and interactive media.
Create executive-level presentations and visuals that communicate complex ideas in a clear, compelling way.
Design and manage brand campaigns that enhance Nokia’s internal culture and external perception.
Establish and evolve visual identity guidelines, ensuring best-in-class design standards.
Collaborate with marketing, HR, and leadership teams to develop creative solutions to business challenges.
Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output. Responsible for contribution to teamwork.
Carries out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines.
Demonstrates initiative and adaptability to changing business environments. #LI-DNI
Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of San Francisco, CA may be permitted up to 60%.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Web Design, Media Art, Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Web Design, Media Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience with the following:
Adobe CS Creative Suite, Figma and Motion Design software;
Interactive animation and prototyping tools: Adobe After Effect or Principal;
Maze for usability testing;
Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign; and,
Design presentations, packaging and visuals for internal projects and campaigns
Domestic travel up to 10% required.
International travel up to 5% required.
Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of San Francisco, CA may be permitted up to 60%.
