We are seeking an experienced and visionary nursing leader to serve as our Director of Ambulatory Staff Onboarding, Learning & Support (RN). What You'll Do:
Lead Ambulatory Onboarding Excellence
Direct the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of comprehensive onboarding programs for ambulatory staff.
Ensure new team members are successfully integrated into organizational culture, workflows, and patient care standards.
Collaborate with Human Resources and operational leaders to customize onboarding experiences based on role-specific needs.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
Drive Learning and Professional Development
Develop and execute learning strategies that support workforce
