The Role

At Kyndryl, we design, build, and manage the mission-critical technology systems that the world relies on every day. We’re looking for a Customer Partner with deep healthcare expertise and a passion for transformation to join our team.

In this role, you won’t just manage accounts. You’ll lead strategic partnerships that help healthcare organizations reimagine their future. You’ll work with some of the most innovative minds in the industry to uncover new opportunities, expand buying centers, and deliver solutions that improve both business outcomes and patient experiences.

  • Lead strategic relationships with healthcare clients as their trusted Kyndryl partner, driving profitable year-over-year growth
  • Collaborate with client executives to identify opportunities that improve business and customer outcomes, and turn those into measurable revenue growth
  • Build strong CXO relationships (beyond the CIO) through thought leadership, marketing campaigns, and executive engagement
  • Craft compelling proposals and negotiate agreements that align with both client goals and Kyndryl’s commercial objectives
  • Own the account P&L, working closely with Consulting, Delivery, Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure performance and profitability
  • Drive delivery excellence by coordinating with internal delivery teams and managing expectations
  • Champion your clients internally, ensuring opportunities are visible in our CRM and aligned with our broader capabilities and partner ecosystem
  • Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining a deep understanding of Kyndryl’s offerings, industry trends, and cross-sector innovations
  • Cross-sell and expand our footprint across services, solutions, and practices
  • Lead with impact by demonstrating excellence in account management, innovation, diversity, and business growth

Required Skills and Experience

  • 10 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry (payer or provider) and professional services, with a strong track record as an customer partner, account manager or client partner
  • Proven success managing large accounts with annual revenues 20M+, including consulting and transformation experience
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and disruptors, with a passion for driving change
  • Demonstrated success in designing and selling solutions in cybersecurity and resilience, cloud, or application modernization
  • Ability to build trusted, strategic relationships with C-suite clients and internal stakeholders
  • A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and excellence

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience transforming healthcare business processes through technology
  • References from large, integrated healthcare client relationships and complex program deployments
  • Background in medium to large technol
