You ensure that we deliver on the Premarket Quality goals in an efficient, effective, and compliant way. You accomplish complex quality-related tasks on a Program, Platform and Project Level team as an individual contributor.</span></p><p><span>Within Premarket Quality, we hold each other accountable to our core values. Quality is every patient’s right and every employee’s responsibility.</span></p><p></p><p><span><span><b><span>The opportunity</span></b></span></span></p><p><span>·</span><span>   </span><span>Ensure that product safety and reliability are planned within the entire product lifecycle during initial product creation and subsequent changes by applying suitable techniques and methods to ensure concerted and effective product risk and failure mitigation. </span></p><p><span>·</span><span>   </span><span>Assess quality information and product feedback for impact on product risk, requirements, internal processes, customer safety, and incorporate this information into existing processes.</span></p><p><span>·</span><span>   </span><span>Collect, analyze, and report data for gap analyses as needed for current and new projects. </span></p><p><span>·</span><span>   </span><span>Accomplish complex tasks across programs, platforms, projects, and networks, ensuring compliance and high quality. </span></p><p><span>·</span><span>   </span><span>Coach stakeholders with your expertise and embrace a culture of Continuous Improvement, providing clear and sincere feedback. </span></p><p><span>·</span><span>   </span><span>Drive cross-functional coordination to achieve quality goals, encourage knowledge sharing, and proactively solve problems. </span></p><p><span>·</span><span>   </span><span>Model our vision by fostering curiosity and collaboration, and navigate changes with fairness and open communication. </span></p><p><span>·</span><span>   </span><span>Promote Agile Leadership behaviors and support new ways of working to elevate product quality beyond compliance. </span></p><p><span>·</span><span>   </span><span>Flexible work allocation within Premarket including but not limited to SQP, DQP, CQP support.  </span></p><p></p><p><span><span><b><span>Who You Are</span></b></span></span></p><p><span>This role as Senior Quality Partner (m/w/d) requires a Bachelor degree in physical science, engineering or a related field. Furthermore you should have 2+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably within the Medical Device, pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. If you do not have a Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience is required. You are able to communicate and collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in demanding or changing situations. </span></p><p><span>These additional points complement your profile:</span></p><p><span>·</span><span>   </span><span>Project management experience with proven leadership, mentoring and coaching abilities </span></p><p><span>·</span><span>   </span><span>Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills</span></p><p><span>·</span><span>   </span><span>Lean Six Sigma or similar Process Improvement Certification</span></p><p><span>·</span><span>   </span><span>Preferably experience in area of product risk management with associated skills and cross-domain knowledge of the interface processes</span></p><p></p><h1>Who we are</h1><p>A healthier future drives us to innovate.
