Production Supervisors

BuzzBallz, a fast-growing Company. We are seeking experienced Production Supervisors to join our team due to our explosive growth. We have a new facility opening soon and need more talented Production Supervisors.  Responsibilities: 

• The production supervisor will have multiple direct reports so you must be able to direct, coach, and manage assigned associates. 
• Safety is first! The position requires extensive knowledge of safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing work environment.
• The position will ensure subordinates comply with company policies, departmental GMPs, PPEs, and safety protocols. 
• Supervisors have multi-tasking responsibilities in areas of training, personnel management, continuous improvement, preventive measures, and corrective actions. 
• Must know how to organize and document properly. 
• Responsible for consistently communicating with lines of leadership of any arising production concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years production supervisory experience
• Have knowledge of machine operations, conveyor belts, 5s, lean manufacturing, 5 Why's
• Good math skills and ability to analyze production activities to achieve production goals
• Problem solver, can initiate and implement solutions to daily operational issues
• Team player, can work well with other management team to maintain efficiency of workflow and procedures.
• Ability to train and coach new employees or employees on new machines.
• Adheres to and enforces GMPs, PPEs, and other protocols for safety and efficiency of the production floor
• Forklift driving experience a plus
• HACCP, TABC, NetSuite, Google Office Suite knowledge is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
