The Program Manager III will help drive major strategic projects for the Clinical Affairs – Chief of Staff department. A caregiver in this role oversees the implementation and ongoing management of designated programs, including the development and maintenance of systems and procedures. Serves as a liaison between the department and external stakeholders. Acts as a coach and mentor to team members and contributes to the departmental budgeting process.
A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs.
Plan, develop and maintain systems and procedures.
Act as liaison between the department and outside communities.
Serve a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Assist with the budgetary process.
Manage, develop, implement and maintain operational systems and activities.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and five years of related experience OR Master’s Degree and four years of experience
Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving abilities
Strong presentation, communication and training skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
A minimum of five years of related experience; health care preferred.
Master's degree preferred.
