About the role

The Senior Product Manager, HCP Non-Personal Promotion (NPP) Marketing is responsible for developing and executing non-personal promotional (NPP) strategies for Rexulti in Agitation Associated with Dementia (AAD) or Major Depressive Disorder/Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (MDD/PTSD). This role focuses on digital engagement, media strategy, and omnichannel execution to enhance HCP awareness, education, and adoption.

This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, market access, digital, and commercial operations to ensure HCP marketing efforts are data-driven, integrated, and optimized for maximum impact. You will report to the Associate Director, Consumer Marketing.

This position is based in Princeton, New Jersey. Otsuka maintains a hybrid work policy.

Job Description:

  • NPP Strategy & Digital Execution: Develop and execute omnichannel NPP campaigns, including email, social, programmatic media, and CRM initiatives.

  • HCP Targeting & Content Optimization: Align messaging and content strategy to enhance engagement with key HCP audiences.

  • Market Access Pull Through: Support incorporation of market access pull through strategies, including but not limited to reimbursement support, patient access programs, and/or formulary positioning, into brand promotional efforts.

  • Omnichannel Integration: Work with digital and omnichannel teams to ensure NPP efforts are integrated into broader brand marketing. Develop personalized content and orchestrate digital customer engagement plans.

  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine future strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with field marketing, analytics, and sales teams to optimize HCP engagement.

  • Agency & Vendor Management: Manage external agencies and media vendors to ensure effective execution and alignment with brand strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, with a focus on HCP engagement, omnichannel marketing, or digital promotion

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • MBA

  • Experience in CNS, psychiatry, or related therapeutic areas

  • Proven ability to develop and execute NPP and omnichannel marketing strategies, including email, programmatic advertising, and digital engagement

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data and insights to refine marketing execution

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams

  • Vendor and agency management experience, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of marketing programs

  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities and aligning stakeholders

  • Ability to track and manage budgets
