MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering, or administrative work.
A master’s degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for one (1) year of the required experience.
Professional or nonprofessional experience as described above can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
Requires possession of a valid Class E driver license.

JOB DUTIES:
Designs, builds and monitors the department’s Learning Management System (LMS). Researches and resolves LMS functionality issues. Assists Division Liaisons with utilization of the LMS. Assists with the development of procedures for use of the LMS.
Provides customer service and troubleshooting in the use of the LMS. Delivers computer support using remote desktop control. Assistance may take place in person, by email or on the phone. Answers and closes Cherwell tickets.
Analyzes policies and procedures to create course content for online instruction.
