Certified Nursing Assistant/Personal Care Assistant - Flowery Branch

Responsibilities
      •     Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
      •     Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
      •     Support mobility and transfers, using gait belts or Hoyer lifts if trained
      •     Offer companionship and emotional support to the client and family
      •     Communicate any changes in condition to supervisor or nurse case manager
      •     Maintain a clean and safe home environment for the client
      •     Accurately document care tasks completed each shift
 
Qualifications
      •     Certified CNA or PCA 
      •     At least 6 months of caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or hospital)
      •     Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
      •     Ability to lift, bend, and assist with physical tasks
      •     Compassionate, dependable, and respectful in all interactions
 
Preferred:
      •     Experience working with patients with chronic illness, cognitive decline, or in end-of-life care
      •     CPR certification
      •     Ability to communicate clearly with families and supervisory staff
 
Pay & Benefits
      •     Pay range: $15–18/hour (based on experience and client needs)

      •     Assignment available in Flowery Branch, GA and nearby areas
      •     Weekday and weekend shifts available
