About the role

Summary:

The Unit Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the nursing department and the care provided to the residents we serve. The Unit Manager will serve as a leader to the nursing team, providing ongoing guidance and direction to staff RNs, LPNs and STNAs. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader and possess strong clinical and assessment skills. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the RN Unit Manager will play an integral part in our high-quality clinical outcomes and service excellence.


Education and Experience:

• Current Ohio nurse license in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• A minimum of two (2) year of supervisory nursing experience preferred
• Post-acute care experience preferred
• Experience with PointClickCare EMR preferred
