This role offers an exciting opportunity to defend complex cases in general liability, premises liability, personal injury, tort claims, and a variety of other areas.&nbsp; With an emphasis on client-focused service, this position offers a collaborative and dynamic environment that encourages professional growth and the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of legal matters.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end</li> <li>Work closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects</li> <li>Regularly handle court appearances and depositions</li> <li>Communicate with clients and provide status reports</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>JD from an accredited law school</li> <li>Admitted to practice in New York</li> <li>3-8 years litigation experience, including general liability, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance defense.</li> <li>Experience in trucking-related litigation, construction/labor law, and/or transportation matters is highly preferred.</li&
