The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to support engineering efforts within our growth pillar. While this position will be primarily focused within the front end, understanding and willingness to support back end engineering efforts as needed is beneficial. This engineer will function as an expert within front end and will support mentoring and coaching other engineers as needed. 

Who you are

• Experience being on a mid-sized engineering team (~8 people) to deliver consumer or business facing features in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic architecture ability around prioritizing building inside a legacy monolith vs. extract patterns into new microservices
• Effectively communicate between teams and within teams in order to drive alignment and increase effectiveness on delivery
• Ability to understand a full stack environment, across multiple clouds, systems, and SaaS, while prioritizing the domains that require learning/unblocking of subject matter expertise on your primary team. 
• Mission driven leader, with deep hands on leadership and experience in “making a dent in the universe” – and deep empathy for our patient populations and drive to serve in ending our mental health epidemic.
• Quickly make low-level decisions while being patient and methodical with high-level ones.
• Command the room amongst the smartest and diverse set of individuals
• Curious, love to learn and to dig into new technologies and can pick them up quickly
• Demonstrate strong technical architecture and platform engineering skills along with the ability to switch between technology paradigms.
