Arvato is looking for a Summer Engineering/Logistics Intern to support our growing facilities in the Louisville market. This role will focus on reviewing existing work instructions and process documentation to identify inefficiencies, eliminate manual touchpoints, and design automated solutions that improve speed, quality, accuracy, and team visibility. The intern will develop detailed process flows (current state and future state), standardize documentation, and build scalable tools that enhance execution and decision-making.

 

YOUR TASKS

Leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot agents, and related technologies) to analyze, redesign, and optimize operational and service delivery workflows.

 

YOUR PROFILE

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:

· Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform Tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot).

· Ability to create clear process flows (current & future-state).

· Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems.

· Experience creating structured documentation and SOPs for operational processes.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
